How to get the Iron Lord title in Destiny 2

Become an Iron Lord.

Bracus Forge (Lord Saladin) has made his triumphant return to the tower since the events of Season of the Risen. The world of Destiny 2 has had a tumultuous time since then, so a little Iron Banner will help get everyone focused. Besides a new mode, there's also a new title up for grabs. Let's get into the nitty-gritty of how to obtain it.

How to unlock the Iron Lord title in Destiny 2

Jolder's Victory

  • Win matches in the Iron Banner playlist across all events and seasons.

To complete this, Guardians will need to win 100 Iron Banner matches. Fortunately, if players have been playing Iron Banner for a while, all those past victories count.

Gunnora's Seal

  • Acquire Iron Banner Armor. Each armor piece must be unique to count toward the total.

This one requires Guardians to have at least 15 unique pieces of Iron Banner armor. This can be from any of the sets that previously released for each of the three classes. Again, longtime players should likely have this one completed. Otherwise, if this is your first Iron Banner, grind out the armor for each of the classes and check this one off!

Orimund's Taste

  • Acquire Iron Banner Weapons. Each weapon must be unique to count toward the total.

There are 15 unique Iron Banner weapons to acquire. Nab each to complete this.

Orewing's Spirit

  • Earn points by completing objectives in Iron Banner playlist modes.

This one would have been much easier if Control were still the mode for Iron Banner. With Rift, it's a little trickier. To complete this, Guardians will need to try and dunk the spark themselves or take down the opposing spark runner. This is one of the more time-intensive requirements.

Frostmire's Will

  • Complete Iron Banner challenges.

Challenges rotate on a daily basis. Completing this will require 12 challenges. As such, it seems like it will be impossible to complete in the first week of Iron Banner. Dedicated players should be able to complete it in week two.

Crimil's Dedication

  • Resent Iron Banner Rank.

This is arguably the most time-intensive requirement. Your Iron Banner rank must be reset twice to complete this Triumph.

Jorum's Howl

  • Complete Iron Banner matches while wearing at least one piece of Iron Banner armor. Earn additional progress for each piece of Iron Banner armor equipped.

The specific number for this one is 160 matches completed. However, this can be drastically lowered by equipping Iron Banner armor and an Iron Banner emblem. Having a full set of armor and the emblem will increase gains by 6.60%.
