Diablo 4 Season 2 introduced Vampiric Powers, and these allow you to have even more control over your builds. With over 20 of them to choose from, it can be very overwhelming to know what's good and what's not. Blizzard will likely make changes to them over the course of the season, but going in Season 2, here's what Vampiric Powers stand out over the rest.
Best Vampiric Powers in Diablo 4 Season 2
Keep in mind that a lot of the choices you make in Diablo 4 are up to you, but if you want to be more optimal, there are a few choices you can make. The Vampiric Powers depend on what build you're going for, but there are a couple of them look like they'll be far stronger at the launch of the season.

Before any buffs or nerfs come in, here's what we believe to be the strongest of the Vampiric Powers. This will almost certainly change over the coming weeks and months, so don't think it's set in stone.
- Metamorphosis
- Moonrise
- Ravenous
- Anticipation
- Prey on the Weak
- Blood Boil
- Flowing Veins
- Undying
Keep in mind that many of the powers will be solid if you the tailor the build after them, but Vampiric Powers like Prey on the Weak will fit in just about any build (it's really hard to beat bonus damage to Vulnerable enemies). Metamorphosis makes you Unstoppable for four seconds after evading, so that's another power that will fit into any build. Those are probably the two best powers, but they don't have to be the only ones you focus on.
As for the rest on the list, you'll want to tailor your build more toward their abilities. It shouldn't be difficult to accomplish as Ravenous and Blood Boil should still work with anything, but just not as much as Metamorphosis or Prey on the Weak would.
How to get Vampiric Powers in Diablo 4 Season 2
Before you can put these powers into your builds, you'll first have to track them down. There are currently three ways to get them in Season 2. The simplest one is using Potent Blood, which will unlock them at random. Another method is getting them from Quest rewards. The final way is reputation rewards from Hunters Acclaim as part of the Blood Harvest events.
Potent Blood is obtained by killing Vampires, and you'll then use this currency to unlock and upgrade the powers. Don't worry too much about this as you'll just collect it all naturally as you play through the season.
