Halloween is the best time of year to play Disney Dreamlight Valley. The game always features spooky and festive elements fit for the holiday, from iconic costumes to trick-or-treating.
Not only can you dive into the Halloween spooktacular Star Path, Haunted Holiday, but you can also take part in the Halloween event and claim all the goodies you want. Take a look at all the details below.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Halloween event
Every year, Disney Dreamlight Valley has held a Halloween event for players to get a little bit festive and collect some candy around their villages. During the event time, usually between October 24 and November 1, Candy Buckets will appear around the Plaza, rewarding players with candy once opened.
The buckets come in three different colors—green, orange, and purple—and give corresponding candies to players. While these candies are great for restoring some energy, you can also use them to complete some unique Halloween tasks and earn some more great rewards.
All Halloween Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once completed, Halloween tasks reward players with exclusive decor to place around their villages. Although there aren't any new tasks to complete this year, players will have an opportunity to complete any tasks they may have missed or didn't get the chance to do last year.
To find your Halloween tasks, look in the Dreamlight Duties tab of your menu under the Village category. Any tasks, usually marked with a jack-o-lantern icon, are the ones for the season. Here is a look at all of them and their rewards.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Halloween Star Path and Premium Shop
Haunted Holiday Star Path
In addition to the Halloween event and quests, you'll also want to check out the Haunted Holiday Star Path. This Star Path is specially made for the season with tons of great rewards you can claim, like costumes, furniture, design motifs, and more. All you have to do to claim them is complete the Star Paths duties, much like the regular Dreamlight Duties, and earn some Star Path points.
You can find the Star Path in your menu under the Event tab and find the tasks to complete under the Duties tab. The Haunted Holiday Star Path holds iconic Halloween character items like Jack Skellington and Oogie Boogie, which make the perfect Halloween costumes for your character.
Halloween Premium Shop Items
Finally, be sure to check out the Premium Shop for anything spooky and delightful for Halloween. The shop rotates regularly with new items, and for the holiday, you're likely to see lots of Halloween-themed items like the Skeletal Toolset or the cozy-looking Mushroom Manor. These items can be purchased for Moonstones, found in chests around the world, or bought for real money.
There's plenty to do around the Valley for Halloween. Start collecting some candy and completing tasks to earn some special Halloween decor. Remember, these are only limited-time events, so enjoy them while you can until next year!
