How to use Training Manuals in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Once you have crafted the Training Manual that you need, you'll simply need to give it to the Villager that you want to switch the role of, like you would a gift. You can even use it to switch Ariel's role to Fishing. Remember that you want to give the Villager the Training Manual of the role they are switching to and not the role they are switching from.
