Pan-Seared Tilapia and Vegetables is a three-star meal you can make with three somewhat simple ingredients. It can be straightforward to create since it allows you to substitute any veggie you like, but it depends on what elements you have stored already and what you have access to. The easiest veggies to use are carrots and mushrooms since one is harvestable and one is cheap and easy to get to.

This dish can also benefit you, allowing you to restore up to 2,411 energy when eaten or sold for 943 Star Coins at any of Goofy's Stalls. You can also give this to any character around the Valley to boost friendship, especially if it's their favorite gift of the day or their order in Chez Remy. Here is everything you will need:

  • Tilapia x1
  • Any Vegetable x2

Where to get ingredients for Pan-Seared Tilapia and Vegetables in Dreamlight Valley

The first step to gathering these ingredients is to ensure you have the Sunlit Plateau or Frosted Heights Biomes unlocked so you can fish for your Tilapia. The other two components should be easy since you can substitute whatever you have on hand or head to the nearest locations to collect them. If you don't have any veggies already, the most accessible solutions are to get some carrots from Peaceful Meadow and harvest some mushrooms straight from the ground in the Glade of Trust. Here is where you can find everything you need:

  • Tilapia: Sunlit Plateau or Frosted Heights, from white or blue fishing spots
  • Vegetables: Any Biome, harvestable or bought at Goofy's Stall

Once you have everything you need, head to the closest cooking station to combine them into this three-star meal. Don't forget you will also need a piece of coal to fire up the stove. Now you can add this to your Recipe Collection and make it again in the future with ease.
