If you wondered if BitLife's Bitizen premium mode carries over into DogLife, the answer is no.
Bitizen does not work or will carry over into DogLife, and so purchasing it will only unlock features exclusive to BitLife.However, DogLife has its own version of Bitizen called Top Dog, which works similarly.
Basically, if you purchase DogLife, you will also remove ads that appear in the game, similar to how Bitizen works back in BitLife.Along with pesky ad removal, you will also gain access to a whole host of features as listed below.
