Are there any Difficulty options in Elden Ring

Elden Ring is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated games of 2022, and that anticipation has brought fans new and old to explore the latest FromSoftware experience. Previous FromSoftware titles like Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice are all known for their difficulty, so will players be able to adjust the difficulty level in the latest title, Elden Ring?

There are no difficulty options in Elden Ring. If you're planning on picking up Elden Ring, be aware that you'll have to complete the game on a standard difficulty setting. All Soulsborne games lack this option, so Elden Ring remains consistent in this design choice. Thankfully, Elden Ring offers a more open-ended world, so if you get stuck, you can leave an area and return at a later date.
