Where to find the Dectus Medallion (Left) in Elden Ring

How to you find the (Left) Medallion?

In Elden Ring, you can find the Dectus Medallion (Left) at Fort Haight in the southeast of Limgrave. This Medallion is not very difficult to obtain. Fort Haight is filled with enemies, mostly fire throwers and standard soldier enemies, but they won't pose much trouble for players. To get to the Medallion, players must traverse the Fort and make their way to the top of the tower in the back left of the Fort. After climbing the ladder at the top of the Fort, players must open the chest to find the Dectus Medallion (Left).

What do the Dectus Medallions do?

Screenshot by Pro Game Guides

There are two Dectus Medallions, Left and Right, used to activate the Grand Lift of Dectus. You can find the Lift in the north of Liurnia. This Lift takes players to the next section of the map, the Atlus Plateau. This is an important area, and aside from the Lift, there is only one other way to reach it.

Players can occasionally hear NPCs talking about the Lift, giving hints on how to activate it. Obtaining the two Medallion pieces and traveling to the Atlus Plateau isn't too difficult so players can do this right away if they want to prioritize exploring the game's full map.
