What to do if Fall Guys isn't working?

First check the status on the Fall Guys' server either through the public Issue Tracker on Trello, the Epic Games' server status, or the official Fall Guys Twitter account. All three websites will keep you up to date on any problems and shows you if there's anything wrong with the servers. Most often than not, issues and errors stem from servers being overwhelmed. When Fall Guys went free-to-play, a plethora of new players try logging into the game. No doubt this is overwhelming the servers and causing these issues.

When a server's an issue there's nothing you can do but wait and see when Mediatonic fixes the issue on its end. Another simple trouble-shooting solution you can try is disconnecting and then reconnecting your internet. Sometimes your internet with be preventing you from accessing the game, and the best solution is to restart your wi-fi. The simple way to do that is turning on-and-off your router with a press of a button. If your router doesn't have an on-and-off button then just unplug it and plug it back in. If you're using a console, try restarting your console.

If your internet and console are fine, then the best choice of action is to play another video game. Fall Guys is not going anywhere, and will still be waiting for you once Mediatonic fixes all these problems. There are a lot of other amazing online multiplayer games that have working servers that you can try while you wait. These other games may not have as big of a player base as Fall Guys, but that also makes them less likely to crash on you.
