How to fix the Amazon Prime Not Working Error in Fall Guys

If you are having problems redeeming rewards from Amazon Prime in Fall Guys, you must try a few troubleshooting steps. In short, Amazon Prime will have issues redeeming rewards for whatever reason. When this happens, you must first try restarting the game and seeing if anything changes. After a fresh restart, try to redeem your Amazon Prime rewards. But if you are still not getting your rewards, then you must try the following fixes: 

• Re-link Amazon Prime to Fall Guys
• Change Language setting to French 

How to unlink Amazon Prime from Fall Guys

If you want to try relinking your Amazon Prime to Fall Guys, you must first unlink Amazon Prime from your Fall Guys account. You can unlink your Amazon Prime by visiting the Profile option under the Settings menu. Visiting the Profile option will allow you to unlink your Amazon Prime from Fall Guys by clicking the Unlink Amazon Prime option.

How to change Language settings in Fall Guys

Changing language settings is one fix reported to work when Amazon Prime is not working in Fall Guys. That said, you must visit the Options tab under the Settings menu to change your language settings. You can find the Settings menu by pressing the gear icon at the top right of your screen. Next, press the Options tab, and you can find the option to change your language settings. We recommend changing the setting to French. Doing so will cause the game to restart, and after it restarts, change the language back to English. After the second restart, try relinking your Amazon Prime account. Once you relink your account, your Amazon Prime rewards should work again. 

How to link Amazon Prime to Fall Guys

Once your Prime is unlinked, you can relink your Amazon Prime to Fall Guy. Start by visiting the Settings menu option by clicking the gear icon at the top right of your screen. Doing so will open a list of options; the next option you want to click is the Profile option. You can find the Profile option in the Settings menu on the bottom left of your screen. Under the Profile tab in the Settings menu, you can link your Amazon Prime by clicking the option Link Amazon Account.

Clicking Link Amazon Account will give you a code you need to redeem at Amazon. Redeeming your code will link both your Fall Guys and Amazon Prime to each other. After relinking your accounts, your Amazon Prime rewards should work after a fresh restart.
