However, if that page shows you the servers are up and you're still running into login problems, then you're in trouble. Bethesda pushes you to contact customer service if that's the case, and from there, it'll be in the game developer's hands. Are Fallout 76 private servers affected by server outages?

Even if you're on a private server, the login issue will persist as the private servers aren't actually offline. Server outages aren't usually prolonged, so the downtime shouldn't be too long if you do find they are having problems.
