What is Weaponized Nuka Cola Ammo in Fallout 76?

The Nuka side of life...

Online ARPG Fallout 76 has been with us for five years now, and a series of huge well-received expansions have taken the game to the next level. On the flip side, it means there is a bewildering amount of content for beginners and experienced players alike, including the Nuka-World on Tour update. It introduced a host of new events and bosses, plus some confusing new items, such as Nuka Cola Ammo. So, just what is Weaponized Nuka Cola Ammo in Fallout 76?

What are the Nuka-Cola schematics in Fallout 76?

Weaponized Nuka Cola Ammo is a craftable item that can be used as ammunition in an upgraded Thirst Zapper weapon. Both the weapon and the schematic can only be found as part of the Nuka World add-on.

While the Zapper can be found in a variety of locations, the ammo needs to be made by first buying the Weaponized Nuka-Cola Schematics in the Nuka-Cade. This item will cost you 20,000 Points at a Nuka-Cade Prize Terminal that you need to earn as prizes from the various games in the Nuka-Cade arcade.

The Thirst Zapper usually just fires water and is used in Nuka-Cade games, including Bandit Roundup and Nuka-Zapper Race. However, once you learn the Weaponized Nuka-Cola Schematics, you can go to a Chem Station and craft the Weaponized Nuka Cola Ammo (in the Zapper Ammo section). You’ll also be able to mod your Thirst Zapper into the Nuka-Cola Gun, turning it from a toy into a genuinely deadly weapon.
