Quest 1: A Very Yeti Starlight

After meeting Rudy, the tiny Yeti, head to a point west of the Leatherworkers’ Guild and talk to Rissai the Squirrel. It doesn’t matter which answer you give to the question Rissai asks, but the conclusion is to make sweets for the Children Gridania. Heading to New Gridania, speak to Rissai and Mother Miounne.

The next step is to gather ingredients:

  1. Head to the Whistling Miller at X: 9.4, Y: 7.7, and speak to Rudy. Then head to the Botanist’s Guild at X: 6.4, Y: 8.2, and again talk to Rudy.
  2. Return to Mother Miounne and speak to Rudy.
  3. Return to Amh Garanjy at Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre, and you’ve completed the first quest!

Rewards: 1,440 Experience Points

Quest 2: Time to Shine

Start quest two by speaking again to Amh Garanjy. Then, head to Bentbranch Meadows, in the Central Shroud, X: 18.9, Y: 21.2, and talk to Baenfaeld. Now it’s time to help Rudy give out presents to the children!

After delivering two sets of presents, return to Baenfaeld and help solve the problem that Rudy and the Gridanian guards have gotten themselves into. Speak to Rudy, and then head back to Amh Garanjy to receive your rewards.

Rewards: Wind-up Rudy, Squirrel Emperor, 1,440 Experience Points, “Friend to the Furry” Achievement

Quest 3: Saintly Inspiration

Quest three is an optional and repeatable quest that concludes the story of this year’s Starlight Celebration. Start the quest and speak to the Saint of Nymeia. The Saint will accompany you to one of the following locations: Apkallu Falls, The Lancers’ Guild, the Leatherworkers’ Guild, the marketplace, the watermill, and the Greatloam Growery. At each place, there will be some dialog.

You only have to head to one, but you have the option of visiting them all and unlocking a new dialog. Once you’ve visited as many places as you wish, head to Nophica’s Altar (the White Mage/Conjurers Guild). Complete the final piece of dialog and head back to Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre and conclude your quest!
