Seasonal events are a part of any successful MMO, and Final Fantasy XIV is no different. The Moonfire Faire event brings a new mount, and those who participate are sure to enjoy the rewards.
The Polar Bear mount is a part of the Moonfire Faire event, which takes place from Friday, August 13, 2021, at 1 AM PDT, to Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 7:59 AM PDT. Those interested in grabbing this limited-time ride will have to complete the Unreasonable Chills quest.

Players level 30 and above can acquire this quest from Mayaru Moyaru, a Moonlight Faire NPC. He is located in Limsa Lominsa, Upper Decks (X: 11.5 Y: 13.8.) Completing the chain of quests, he gives you will eventually lead to gaining the Polar Bear Horn. Using this item will permanently unlock the Polar Bear mount.
Players can get the following additional rewards from the Moonlight Faire event:
- Moonfire Mask Stall
- Costa del Hielo
- Grilled Corn
