The Recon Expert Skin is a Rare Fortnite Outfit. It was released on October 30th, 2017 and was last available 12 days ago. It can be purchased from the Item Shop for 1,200 V-Bucks when listed. Recon Expert was first added to the game in Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 1.
This used to be one of the rarest skins in the game and hadn't been back in the shop in a very long time. While it is a very plain skin, it was sought after for its rarity.
Update: In the Fortnite 12.60 Patch, Recon Expert received a No Hat style.

What if Season 10 is like a retro season, bringing the rarest skins, emotes, gliders, etc. on the condition of being, say Lv. 100 (Recon Expert), or completing all of the season 10 “fortbytes” (Raptor glider), or completing all Season 10 Weekly Challenges (Flapper). If that happen that would be the best thing in the world!
