From what i read i thought the glitter emote would be in the item shop on march 17 but was that a lie since this website doesn’t say the glitter emote will be in the item shop on march 17
The future items shops are mere speculation on what the items may be. On March 17 it might be completely different. So it’s best to wait and see what comes on March 17!
