For Chapter 2 Season 8, Fortnite is slowly adding in NPCs, each with its own location and questline. This week, they brought Tooth Ache to the Fortnite Island, located in the at Pizza Pit, which is directly north of Corny Crops.
Here is the list for Big Mouth's punchcard, titled Tooth Ache:
- Stage 1 - Common: Open Chests in Steel Farm. [2]
- Reward: 30k XP
- Guide: Where to find Steel Farm and Open Chests for Big Mouth in Fortnite
- Tip: All chests at Steel Farm are in or right next to the house. No need to go searching through the corn fields!
- Stage 2 - Uncommon: Search an Ice Machine.
- Reward: 30k XP
- Tip: Ice Machines have spawn points across the map, but they don't always spawn. The best way to find an Ice Machine is to go to stores and restaurants and look around in the back of the building.
- Stage 3 - Rare: Open Ammo Boxes at Dirty Docks. [2]
- Reward: 30k XP
- Tip: Ammo boxes are fairly common at Dirty Docks. Every warehouse has anywhere between three to five, so you'll find plenty of them in the northern section of the complex.
- Stage 4 - Epic: Buy a health item from a mending machine.
- Reward: 30k XP
- Stage 5 - Legendary: Search a Supply Drop.
- Reward: 30k XP
- Tip: Supply Drops are visible to all players across the map. They appear as blue boxes on your minimap. However, other players may be going for the same one you're going for, so be alert.

Note: The first time you complete all stages above, you are given a total of 150k XP. However, once you have completed all five of them, you will only be awarded gold bars if you complete them again. Still, the character's punchcard will be marked off in your collection!
