Our Fortnite Creative Curse Challenges Guide takes a look at all of the objectives you will need to complete to obtain the cosmetics from this set of challenges! These can all be completed by playing different featured Creative maps like: Retribution, Infernum, Mansion of Power, and Gun Fright! If you can get these done, you'll get a new spray and can earn five different styles for the Back Board cosmetic.
The majority of these challenges will need to be completed in the following maps. It's unclear if you'll be able to complete a few of them in other participating maps, so we'll see once the challenges actually launch live. Regardless, you will need to spend most of your time in these four maps:
Gun Fright
Partner up in this 2v2 showdown and drop into the middle of a fast-paced firefight. Your skill and communication will be tested over multiple rounds.
At the start of each round, each player will be given the same random kit of weaponry and items. You will then fight it out against another duo, and the first duo to win 4 rounds will win the match! You play on a small map in an area where things can't be broken or built. If both teams survive after a certain amount of time, a storm circle will start to close and force the groups together.
Infernum
In the great depths of hell, you are a wandering soul seeking to return to the living. Fight demons, or become one.
This one is now available, and you just need to run through and complete it. It isn't too hard, if you get into "boss" rooms then just focus on the orb or purple light you need to fire at and mostly ignore the spawns. Look for chests to get more ammo. I found the Six Shooter Pistol to be one of the more effective weapons because the infinite reload is very fast. You need to complete the whole thing to get the pumpkin coin at the end. I'd say it takes about 15 - 30 minutes to complete.
Mansion of Power
Free For All with a wicked twist. Drain the power from your foes and be the first to get 5 consecutive eliminations to win the game!
I'm hoping they change it to an LTM at some point, but until then you'll either need people you know or to jump into a Playground with random fill and hope the people are willing to play. I did have luck with the latter, and got into a game to finish up my elimination challenge. Right now, it doesn't appear that the siphon is working.
Retribution
1-4 Player's PVE - Go through 10 waves of zombies - Get resources to buy items in the shop and go for a high score!
This is a pretty fun one to do with the zombies and a few friends. You can run around the area slaying zombies and collecting resources. Use those resources to buy better weapons so you can slay more zombies. I found that running around in the early game and collecting as many resources as I could was a good bet. If you start getting down in health too much, you can always slay zombies to gain shield! Keep an eye out for the vending machines that will sometimes spawn, and grab some ammo boxes when you're getting low!

Creative Curse Challenges Guide
It looks like Epic will be auto-completed some of the challenges because they haven't been working correctly. Here's the official word:

We'll be auto-completing the "Play different Creative Curse featured islands or Gun Fright" and "Siphon health or shields from player eliminations in Mansion of Power" Challenges.
We're also confirming each available featured island is properly giving credit towards completion of the Creative Curse Challenges.

Play different Creative Curse featured islands or Gun Fright (5)
You will need to play five DIFFERENT maps to complete this challenge. If you play Gun Fright multiple times, it will only count once towards this challenge.
This one is going to be auto-completed, so you shouldn't have to worry about it if it's bugged for you!
Eliminate fiends in Retribution (200)
This one isn't too bad because you can easily slay a ton of fiends quite quickly. Just be sure to grab lots of resources so you can upgrade your weapons and buy ammo.
Siphon health or shields from player eliminations in Mansion of Power (250)
This is hopefully working now, but you shouldn't need to do it because this challenge should have auto-completed due to the issues with it previously!
Eliminate players in Gun Fright (7)
Gun Fright is the 2v2 game mode that has you fighting it out with random weaponry and no building. If you jump into enough games you'll get the eliminations, there's multiple rounds and you are bound to get it done. Try to play cautiously and force your opponent to make bad moves.
Collect pumpkin coins in any featured island (15)
Pumpkin coins are the small collectible pumpkins you can find in certain featured islands. The easiest way to complete this one is to go into the Prop Hunt Halloween Creative map. It's no longer on the favorites, but you can input the code (4771-5227-9140) and still collect the pumpkins. You want to do this solo, so just jump into the Playground by yourself. You can't collect them as a Hunter, so if you start out that way just go to the menu and hit Respawn. Once you've done that, you can then run around the map when the round starts and collect all the pumpkins! I had one or two prior to trying this method and I was able to complete my challenge in one round. You can always load it up again if you come up short!
Collect resources in Retribution (500)
You just need to run around the map and look for the big coffins. There will be a pink glow and in that glow will be resources for you to collect!
Eliminate players in Mansion of Power (10)
This one isn't too bad, and you should do it right now while it's bugged with no health gain. Players will be running around with low hp after a fight, so you can just shoot them from a distance and a bit of damage will sometimes get you an elimination!
Deal damage with Assault Rifles in Gun Fright (500)
This might be a bit more difficult than you'd think because when I played I rarely saw an Assault Rifle. You'll need to get lucky with the random weapon rolls.
Do damage to fiends in any featured island (100,000)
Retribution is easily going to be the one you want to do to complete this challenge. You do nothing but fight fiends, so just spray them down as much as you can!
Purchase items from Vending Machines in Retribution (3)
This one is very easy, you'll rack up quite a few resources running around the map and you can then use those to purchase items in-between rounds.
Bounce on Ghost Vents in Mansion of Power (25)
Ghost Vents are the glowing squares you'll see around the map. Just bounce on these until you complete the challenge!
Deal damage with Sniper Rifles or Pistols in Gun Fright (300)
I've seen a lot of snipers and pistols in these modes, so this one shouldn't be too difficult if you get the weaponry.
Eliminate different types of fiends in any featured island (4)
You can easily take care of this in Retribution, I believe you'll have all four different fiends in round 3 or 4!
Collect the final boss room pumpkin in the featured island Infernum (1)
Infernum is now a featured option in Creative mode. It's kind of a dungeon crawler where you slay fiends and take down some bosses. It's not too difficult, if you die you just respawn at a checkpoint. Here's a video of someone completing it if you have trouble:
