After being vaulted for quite some time, Epic Games finally reintroduced Jetpacks for Chapter 3 Season 2 of Fortnite, which came into effect after the v20.10 patch was sewn in on April 5, 2022.
The Jetpack, which can be found in six locations on the map, can be acquired by simply walking up to it. From there, you can take to the skies and claim your targets with aviation on your side.
Jetpack Locations
Jetpacks can be obtained by approaching any of the six Blimps on the map. These flying airships will be stationed at various Points of Interest (POI), and will offer the item on a first-come, first-served basis. With that in mind, you will more than likely have to fight for the luxury of flight.

- Condo Canyon
- The Daily Bugle
- Rocky Reels
- Command Cavern

As well as Jetpacks making a return to Fortnite, patch v20.10 also includes the return of Spicy Chug Splashes, the Heavy Sniper Rifle, and a buff for the Anvil Rocket Launcher.
