  • Longshot: Longshot can be found walking around the tower west of The Citadel.

As of now, Longshot is the only NPC in Fortnite offering Storm Circle to players. If you want to stay ahead of the game and be one of the first to know where the storm is headed, it's imperative that you speak with this NPC.
