Some races in Forza Horizon 5 are drag races that require the fastest cars with the ability to accelerate quickly and maintain top speed. Cars can be tuned to be more efficient in drag races, but some cars start off well-equipped for drag races in stock tuning. Here are the fastest drag cars in Forza Horizon 5, not including DLC pack cars.
1965 Hoonigan Ford "Hoonicorn" Mustang
The Hoonicorn Mustang may not be designed specifically for drag racing, but with its surprising acceleration rating of 10 and a decent speed rating of 9.2, this model can dominate with a little drag tuning. It is also one of the most affordable drag cars and can be purchased for 500,000 CR.
2011 Lamborghgini Sesto Elemento
The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento's launch and acceleration ratings are 10s, and it starts off with a 936 Performance Index score. It is a great vehicle for drag racing and can be purchased for 2,500,000 CR, unless you can win it in a Wheelspin.
2019 Bugatti Divo
The Bugatti Divo is an extremely fast car with a speed rating of 9.6 and an acceleration rating of 10. It can be tuned to have a better launch rating, but the stock rating is 6.2. The Divo can be purchased at the Autoshow for a whopping 3,000,000 CR or won in a Wheelspin.
2018 Bugatti Chiron
Another Bugatti on the list, the Chiron is a peak-performance vehicle with a speed rating of 10 and an acceleration rating of 9.9. The launch rating is not up to par with some of the other drag vehicles, but the weight and speed of the car make it great for drag races.
2020 Koenigsegg Jesko
The Jesko is the fastest car in Forza Horizon 5 at launch and is the perfect machine for drag racing. Although the acceleration is lower than the other Koenigsegg models, the Jesko is the fastest and has plenty of options for drag tuning. The Jesko can be purchased at the Autoshow for 2,800,000 CR, won in a Wheelspin, or unlocked by earning the "Cinema Irrealiste" Accolade.
