To obtain a Slime Condensate, you need to find and kill Slimes at any level. Upon eliminating these elemental enemies, they have a chance to drop Slime Condensate.
You can get these from any of the Slime Family, no matter the Element or the size.
The fastest way to get around is to use the Waypoints, kill everything in sight, and then move on. The two images below are where you can find Slimes in both Mondstadt and Liyue.
