Perpetual Caliber

To obtain a Perpetual Caliber, you need to find and destroy the Aeonblight Drake on any World Level. The higher your World Level the higher your chances of receiving multiple components at once. To receive components you'll need to spend 40 Resin each time you defeat this Boss.

There is no quest requirement to find the Aeonblight Drake. You can find it nearby the gigantic Ruin Guard inside Devantaka Mountain. Reference the image below for its location:
