The Heavenly Stone's Debris is the fourth part of The Chasm Delvers World Questline. The last part of the quest involves activating three mechanisms deep in the Stony Halls. You can unlock this part as soon as you open up the area by blasting a hole with the Mountainator.
Before starting, make sure that your Lumenstone Adjuvant is at least level 2 to dispel Oozing Concretions and dark mud. It's also highly recommended to bring a character that can break Hydro shields, as there will be a battle against the Hydro Abyss Lector at the end of the quest.
How to Activate Mechanisms
The quest will help you navigate across the clearing by marking up the locations of the three mechanisms in the World Map and mini-map. The mechanisms are locked due to the nearby Oozing Concretions.
You need to dispel them by activating the Lumenstone Adjuvant within proximity, which will cost one Energy if you successfully dispel the blobs. But be careful not to step on the dark mud while doing so, as it can drain your Gadget's Energy.
After dispelling the Oozing Concretions, the mechanism nearby will unlock. Interact with it to recharge it using three Energy. The same process applies to all three mechanisms across the area.
Don't forget to pick up the glowing blobs of blue light scattered around the Stony Halls to recover the Lumenstone Adjuvant's Energy.
Where is the Oozing Concretion for the Last Mechanism
The Oozing Concretions for the first two mechanisms are pretty easy to spot as they're very close to the mechanisms. But the last one, which is located at the bottom, is a bit tricky. There's a blob in front of the mechanism, but it's not actually an Oozing Concretion. Follow the path of the dark mud and go deeper inside, where you'll find the correct Oozing Concretion in front of a gate.
Completing the Quest
A cutscene will play after activating all three mechanisms, and the Hydro Abyss Lector will immediately spawn. After defeating him, another cutscene will play, and then you'll engage in a dialogue with Zhiqiong. The quest will be complete after that, and you'll be able to continue the Archon Quest Requiem of the Echoing Depths and the next part of the World Questline.
