Genshin Impact's first Custom Domain-making event, Divine Ingenuity, runs from Mar. 2, 2022, to Mar. 21, 2022. The event is open to all players Adventure Rank 28 and above who have completed the Liyue Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III - A New Star Approaches.
The event allows you to build Custom Domains that other players can enjoy. Naturally, there are various ways you can switch up the gameplay mechanics to make the Domain a lot more interesting. Start by clicking on the Settings on the upper left of the editing page.
Under the Challenge Settings section, you can toggle between different gameplay mechanics. Here's a breakdown of what they do.

Completion Criteria
The Completion Criteria defines the overall goal of the Domain. You can either of the options or have both turned on at the same time.
- Reach the Destination: requires players to find the Destination mechanism and interact with it to complete the Challenge. Their run will be successful regardless of how they reach the Destination.
- Obtain Adventurer Coin(s): requires players to collect all the Adventurer Coins in the Domain. The maximum number of Coins depends on the number you scatter across all the Areas, but you can set a goal of less than the maximum.
When both Criteria are selected, players will have to collect all the Adventurer Coins and reach the Destination to successfully complete the Domain.
Limitations
Under Limitations, you can choose to Ban Skills from the Domain. If you choose not to allow them to, they won't be able to use "cheats" like Geo Constructs or Venti and Kazuha's Elemental Skills to maneuver inside. However, this also makes it tougher to design the Areas to ensure that they can be completed without the help of special skills.
You can also set the Time Limit for achieving the Domain's Completion Criteria. Use the plus and minus signs to edit the time by the second.
Set Life Point
You can place obstacles that can attack players with Elemental Damage. They lose one Life Point every time they take a hit. You can set the number of Life Points to anywhere between one to 10 to make it easier or harder to survive within the Domain.
