The Rhythm that Reveals the Beastly Trail is a Sumeru World Quest in the massive Aranyaka: Part II - Dream Nursery World Questline. One of the objectives of this quest is to get rid of the Withering inside a cave east of Devantaka Mountain. After observing the Sumeru Roses find the hidden song, you can begin this part.

How to get rid of the Withering Zone in The Rhythm that Reveals the Beastly Trail in Genshin Impact – Aranyaka: Part II

Follow the quest marker to the cave east of Devantaka Mountain. You'll immediately spot a Claustroflora, a flower with music notes surrounding it.

Use the Vintage Lyre in front of the Claustroflora to play the Rhythm of the Beastly Trail (do > so > la > mi > do on the third row). Once that's done, the huge wall in front of the flower will disappear, revealing the Withering Zone.

Before entering, be careful and bring a battle-ready team, as there are powerful Ruin Sentinels in the cave. You need to bring a DPS character that can hit flying enemies. The Ruin Drake flies high enough that Ayato's Elemental Skill can only reach the Ruin Drake's tail at certain angles, so consider opting for a bow user.

Once you're ready, glide toward the Withering Zone and get rid of the first Withering Branch with Dendrogranum. Do this before gliding deeper into the cave, where the other two Withering Branches are located.

Jump down and use the Vintage Lyre to play the Rhythm of the Beastly Trail (do > so > la > mi > do on the third row) in front of the Claustroflora to reveal a Withering Branch. After this, you can complete the rest of the Withering Zone as you would normally—get rid of the last two Branches and defeat the Ruin Drake that will spawn. You can use the Four-Leaf Sigil to reach the Tumor of the Withering on the tall landform.
