How to connect the junctions in Dune-Entombed Fecundity Part II – Genshin Impact

The Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part II is a Genshin Impact World Quest in The Dirge of Bilqis quest chain. Once you've proceeded deeper into the tunnel, you must connect the junctions by solving a puzzle inside the room.

If you're stuck in this part, follow the steps below to solve the puzzle and complete the quest objective.

How to connect the junctions in Genshin Impact – full puzzle walkthrough

Enter the nearby building through the coffin-shaped entrance. You'll immediately spot a Rune Mechanism puzzle.

Move the Rune Mechanism so that it's on the other side of the room and closer to the locked door. Then attack the Rune Mechanism twice or until the blue beam is facing the Sand Pile, dispersing it and revealing a mechanism. Interact with the mechanism to open the door beside it.

Enter the new room to find a three-way Rune Mechanism puzzle. Start by attacking the Rune Mechanism at the corner of the room three times or until the blue beam is facing the red mechanism. Once it's been released from the Sand, the red mechanism will turn blue.

Attack it twice or until it's facing the Sand Pile in front of it, revealing an ancient mechanism. Interact with the ancient mechanism to Rotate Valve, which will disperse a barrier at another part of the building.

Return to the previous section of the room. You'll notice that the barrier behind the Rune Mechanism that you moved is now gone, allowing you to proceed deeper inside. Enter the passage and go down the stairs.

Defeat the Primal Construct to get it out of the way. Then interact with the Primal Scone on the elevated platform to release the Primal Ember. Follow the Primal Ember to its next post, then release it again. You must follow it all the way outside, where it will repair the broken ancient mechanism.

With that said, interact with the ancient mechanism to start it up and connect the junctions. This will complete the quest objective, allowing you to proceed with the rest of the Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part II.
