It's My Job is a Genshin Impact Wonders of the World Achievement that can be obtained by helping Hanbei pick more mushrooms. It's connected to the Daily Commission called Attaché in Another Land, which you can randomly get in Sumeru.
How to complete the Attaché in Another Land Sumeru Daily Commission in Genshin Impact
Attaché in Another Land is a Sumeru Daily Commission that's gated behind a prerequisite. You can only get it if you have completed the World Quest called Tatara Tales: The Last Act in Inazuma and unlocked Sumeru Daily Commissions. Commissions are distributed at random, but you can increase your chances of getting this particular one by setting your Commission location to Sumeru via the Adventurer's Handbook.
Once you get Attaché in Another Land, you must speak with Hanbei in Sumeru City. He will tell you to gather five mushrooms south of Chinhat Ravine, an area you can find by following the quest marker. You can find the mushrooms in the following areas.

Upon gliding to the huge branch, you'll spot two mushrooms. There's a third one to the left.
There are two mushrooms on the root of the branch.
There are two more mushrooms hiding in a pocket under the branch.
You must gather at least six mushrooms and bring them back to Hanbei to get the Hidden Achievement called It's My Job. If you only gather five, you won't get the Achievement but will still complete the Commission.
