How to investigate the Elemental Monuments around the hospital in Genshin Impact – King Deshret and the Three Magi

The Sumeru Archon Quest Chapter III: Act IV - King Deshret and the Three Magi is divided into three parts. In the second segment called Cry From the Eleazar Hospital, you need to explore an abandoned hospital in Dar al-Shifa with Alhaitham. Part of the objective is to investigate three Elemental Monuments in the surrounding area.

Where to find the Elemental Monuments in the Cry From the Eleazar Hospital Sumeru Archon Quest in Genshin Impact

There are three Elemental Monuments (not including the one Alhaitham lit up) within the quest area marked in the mini-map and World Map. Your goal is to find all three and activate them using Dendro. This can be done in any order.

First Elemental Monument

The first Elemental Monument is located on the front right of the hospital. You can find its exact position in the mini-map above. Activate the Monument using any Dendro skill to complete this part of the objective. Additionally, you can loot the Dendroculus in the hole in front of it and use a Plunging Attack to unlock an entrance leading underground—but it's not necessary for this quest.

Second Elemental Monument

The second Elemental Monument is located on the upper right roof of the hospital. From the exterior, climb up to find a locked Monument. Once you get close, enemies will spawn. Defeat them to unlock the Monument and apply Dendro to complete this part of the objective.

Third Elemental Monument

The third Elemental Monument is located on the outside of the hospital gate. From the outside (assuming the hospital is in front of you), turn left to find the Monument, or reference the mini-map in the image above for its exact location. Once you get close, enemies will spawn. Defeat them to unlock the Monument and apply Dendro to complete this part of the objective.

Once all three Dendro Monuments have been activated, you'll be prompted to enter the lower level of the hospital to uncover the secrets hidden beneath.
