How to use Stamina restoring flowers in Sumeru in Genshin Impact

These friendly flowers are all over Sumeru.

Sumeru’s vast rainforests are home to a multitude of terrains, including tall mountains and trees that even your maximum Stamina bar, Geo Constructs, and Venti’s wind current can’t handle. On the bright side, these unreasonably tall landforms will usually be lined by yellow, glowing three-leaf flowers. Like an oasis in a desert, these friendly flowers will help restore your Stamina along the way, so that you don’t fall off a millimeter away from the top of the mountain.

How do glowing yellow flowers work in Sumeru in Genshin Impact

Sumeru’s Stamina flowers appear randomly across the rainforests, usually lining tall mountains and trees, and occasionally land and bodies of water. They’re simple to use—when you climb, swim, or run around and come across these flowers, approach them to heal approximately half a bar of Stamina. Once their healing powers have been used, the flowers will stop glowing. Flowers that don’t glow can no longer restore Stamina. However, it only takes a few minutes for a Stamina restoring flower to be useable again.

Can you summon Stamina restoring Flowers in Sumeru?

There’s currently no known way to manually summon these helpful flowers, so you still have to rely on other means to climb most tall structures and swim long distances. For instance, Four-Leaf Sigils appear more commonly in Sumeru’s rainforests and offer a reliable way to get from one point to another without having to make a long trek or climb.
