Nilou is the star of Sumeru's Zubayr Theater, whose graceful dancing can take the audience to a fairytale world. Nilou's Special Dish is called the Swirling Steps, a variation of the Padisarah Pudding. It's a mushroom-free Recipe—safe to eat for anyone afraid of poisonous mushrooms, Nilou included.

How to cook Swirling Steps in Genshin Impact
You can cook Swirling Steps on any stove using Nilou. It's unfortunately not possible to cook the Special Dish if you haven't pulled her. Interact with any bonfire or stove to open the cooking menu and select Padisarah Pudding, which can be made with the following ingredients:
- x2 Padisarah
- x1 Sumeru Rose
- x1 Milk
- x1 Sugar
If Nilou cooks Padisarah Pudding, there's a chance for her to make Swirling Steps instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
