Thoma’s Special Dish Recipe and how to cook it in Genshin Impact

There's nothing more heartwarming than Thoma serving you a bowl of "Warmth."

Thoma is the ever-reliable housekeeper of the Kamisato Clan, who fell into the job after being stuck in Inazuma due to the Sakoku Decree. Being the nation's resident fixer, he's known to do odd jobs but especially excels in housework, hence his natural penchant for cooking. Thoma's Special Dish is called "Warmth," a variation of the Miso Soup.

How to cook "Warmth" in Genshin Impact

You can cook "Warmth" on any stove using Thoma. It's unfortunately not possible to cook the Special Dish if you haven't pulled him. Interact with any bonfire or stove to open the cooking menu and select Miso Soup, which can be made with the following ingredients:

  • x1 Tofu
  • x1 Seagrass

You can purchase tofu from General Goods stores, Seagrass can be collected from Inazuma expeditions and shallow waters across the region. If Thoma cooks Miso Soup, there's a chance for him to make "Warmth" instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.

Difference Miso Soup and "Warmth" in Genshin Impact

These Recipes will heal the selected character's HP and use relatively easy-to-find ingredients, so they're great to have in case of emergencies. However, they don't heal much HP, so there are certainly better food alternatives, such as Sweet Madames.

  • Miso Soup - Restores 8/9/10 percent of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 210/260/300 HP every 5 seconds for 30 seconds.
  • "Warmth" - Restores 14 percent of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 350 HP every 5 seconds for 30 seconds.
