Fungal Spores, Luminescent Pollen, and Crystalline Cyst Dust are dropped by Fungus enemies in Genshin Impact. You need to defeat fungal enemies in an Normal state for them to drop lots of this material, so use do not use Electro or Pyro characters to fight them. Luckily, there are lots of them spread all around Sumeru. They tend to be very present in the southern Apam Woods and west of Vanarana. You can also fight them in the Blossom of Wealth and Blossom of Revelation Ley line Outcroppings in Sumeru. Enemies fought via Ley Line Outcroppings have a higher drop rate for ascension materials than enemies encountered in the open world.
