Fungus enemies drop Inactivated Fungal Nucleus, Dormant Fungal Nucleus, and Robust Fungal Nucleus in Genshin Impact. You need to defeat fungal enemies in an Activated or Scorched state for them to drop this material, so use Electro or Pyro characters to fight them. Luckily, there are lots of them spread all around Sumeru. They tend to be very present in the southern Apam Woods and west of Vanarana.
