How to get Xianyun's Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
You can purchase the Recipe for Braised Meatballs from Licai, who's standing in front of the Liuli Pavilion north of Liyue Harbor. You can find her exact location in the area circled above. The Recipe costs 5,000 Mora and is a one-time purchase, allowing you to cook as many Braised Meatballs and derivatives—including Xianyun's Special Dish—on any stovetop.

How to cook Encompassing Gladness in Genshin Impact – Xianyun's Special Dish
You can cook Encompassing Gladness on any stove using Xianyun. You won't be able to cook her Special Dish without obtaining her through any means in-game. Interact with any bonfire or stove to open the cooking menu and select Braised Meatballs, which can be made with the following ingredients:
- x4 Raw Meat
- x2 Bamboo Shoot
- x2 Bird Egg
- x1 Salt
P.S. Salt can be purchased from general goods stores all over Teyvat.
If Xianyun cooks Braised Meatballs, there's a chance for her to make her Special Dish called Encompassing Gladness instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
Genshin Impact Braised Meatballs & Encompassing Gladness recovery effects
These dishes increase all party members' ATK by a large amount, making them useful to consume before going into powerful boss fights. Xianyun's Special Dish is a little better, but since both require Bamboo Shoots to cook, they might be better as collectibles as they would be difficult to cook in bulk.
- Braised Meatballs - Increases all party members' ATK by 160/194/228 for 300 seconds. In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
- Encompassing Gladness - Increases all party members' ATK by 274 for 300 seconds. In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
