How to get Xingqiu's Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
You can purchase the Recipe for Crystal Shrimp from the Wanmin Restaurant. Head to the famous eatery marked by an icon in Liyue Harbor, then speak to Chef Mao to purchase the Recipe for 2,500 Mora (minimum Adventure Rank 20). This is a one-time purchase that will allow you to cook an unlimited number of Crystal Shrimp and its variations.

How to cook All-Delicacy Parcels in Genshin Impact
You can cook All-Delicacy Parcels on any stove using Xingqiu. It's unfortunately not possible to cook the Special Dish if you haven't pulled him. Interact with any bonfire or stove to open the cooking menu and select Crystal Shrimp, which can be made with the following ingredients:
- x3 Rice
- x3 Shrimp Meat
- x2 Carrot
Rice and Shrimp Meat can be purchased from general goods stores, while Carrots can be purchased from Chef Mao or collected in the wild. If Xingqiu cooks Crystal Shrimp, there's a chance for him to make All-Delicacy Parcels instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
Difference between Crystal Shrimp and All-Delicacy Parcels in Genshin Impact
Both of these are recovery dishes that are great to have for days you go without a healer.
- Crystal Shrimp - Restores 18/20/22 percent of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 300/390/470 HP every five seconds for 30 seconds.
- All-Delicacy Parcels - Restores 26 percent of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 570 HP every five seconds for 30 seconds.
