Yelan’s Special Dish Recipe and how to cook it in Genshin Impact

Most of Genshin Impact's characters have unique Special Dishes that only they can make. These Dishes are slightly better versions of the original Recipe, decorated to match the characters they represent. Yelan's Special Dish is called the Dew-Dipped Shrimp, which is an elegant twist to the Stir-Fried Shrimp.

How to Get Yelan's Special Dish Recipe

To cook the Dew-Dipped Shrimp, you first need to unlock the Recipe for the Stir-Fried Shrimp. It can be purchased from Verr Goldet at the Wangshu Inn for 5,000 Mora. It's a one-time purchase—you can cook as many as you want after getting the Recipe.

How to Cook Dew-Dipped Shrimp in Genshin Impact

You can cook Dew-Dipped Shrimp on any stove using Yelan. It's unfortunately not possible to cook the Special Dish if you haven't pulled for her.

Upon opening the cooking menu, select Stir-Fried Shrimp, which can be made with the following ingredients:

• x4 Shrimp Meat
• x3 Flour
• x3 Snapdragon

If Yelan cooks Stir-Fried Shrimp, there's a chance for her to make Dew-Dipped Shrimp instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.

Difference Between Stir-Fried Shrimp and Dew-Dipped Shrimp

There's a slight difference in the buff each Dish grants upon consumption.

• Stir-Fried Shrimp—Increases all party members' Shield strength by 20/25/30 percent for 300 seconds. Cannot target other players in Co-op mode. The percentage difference is based on whether you create a Suspicious, Normal, or Delicious version of the dish.
• Dew-Dipped Shrimp—Increases all party members' Shield Strength by 35 percent for 300 seconds. Cannot target other players in Co-op mode.
