You must find three spinners and turn them to show the symbols matching the ones on the Nornir Chest. Here is where to find all spinners for The Southern Wilds Nornir Chest in God of War Ragnarök.

Spinner #1

The first spinner is directly to the left of the Nornir Chest up on a cliff. Throw your Leviathan Axe at the spinner until it shows the symbol that looks like a C, the first one on the chest. Hit this spinner on the right side once.

Spinner #2

Go down the path the Nornir Chest is facing. You will see the spinner up on a cliff covered by brambles. Use your Blades of Chaos on the brambles to the left of it to destroy all of them. Use the Leviathan Axe to turn the spinner to show the R symbol that matches the one on the chest. Hit this spinner on the left side once.

Spinner #3

Look to the right of the Nornir Chest and take the path. Look up, and you will spot the spinner covered by brambles. Use your Blades of Chaos to remove them. Then, turn the spinner until it shows the symbol that looks like an N, just like the chest. Hit this spinner on the left side once.

How to open the Nornir Chest in The Southern Wilds in God of War Ragnarök

Once you have spun all the spinners to the correct symbol, you can open the chest. You will know that you have solved the puzzle when all the symbols disappear and the chest glows gold. It contains an Idunn Apple, which will raise your health when you collect enough.
