How to join the Grounded game Discord

Once you follow the above link, you'll find yourself looking at a screen that invites you to accept the invitation to the server. Click Accept Invite in order to enter Grounded's Discord community. Make sure you have a Discord account made and are currently logged in, or you won't be able to join the server.
