Stash Houses in GTA 5 Online are free mode missions that pop-up in random locations once per day. As the Los Santos Drug Wars rages on, players will receive a request from Gerald to clear out his competition by raiding Stash Houses around the city. As a reward for doing so, you will earn some GTA$, and the looted products will help resupply any business you own in-game. Here's how you can break into a safe in GTA Online.

Stash Houses in GTA 5 Online can be found by locating the purple icon on the mini-map which resembles a house with a crosshair over it. Players can raid only one Stash House per day, and the spawn location of a Stash House will be randomly chosen between 25 possible locations on the map. Stash House spawn locations change at 07:00 UTC every day.

Once you reach the location of a Stash House, enter through the door with the highlighted marker in front of it. Inside there will be enemies you will need to eliminate before proceeding to unlock the safe. The safe inside a Stash House can be unlocked by dialing in the required code (i.e. a series of numbers). Inside each Stash House, you will find a bright yellow sticky note with a code written on it. Register the numbers on the sticky note, and then input them in the safe to open it.

After unlocking the safe and retrieving its contents, you will need to escape the area alive to successfully complete the mission. Be wary, as there will be enemies who will try to hunt you down as soon as you escape the Stash House. The mission will be complete once you travel far enough from the location of the Stash House, and enemies will stop chasing you thereafter. Completing a Stash House raid will allow you to resupply you MC, Bunker, Acid Lab, or Nightclub Warehouse businesses, and receive a small amount of GTA$ as reward. If you don't own any of the aforementioned businesses, you will directly receive 30,000 GTA$ instead.
