Three of Grand Theft Auto's most popular releases return later this year via the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition remaster coming to current and next-generation consoles. Though the title saw an announcement in early October 2021, fans have seen little on the GTA collection since. On October 22, 2021, however, Rockstar Games revealed more about the upcoming remaster.
Rockstar announced that the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition would be available digitally on November 11, 2021, via the PlayStation Store for PlayStation consoles, the Microsoft Store for Xbox systems, the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch, and the Rockstar Games Launcher on PC for $59.99. Those interested in the physical release can pick up a copy starting December 7, 2021. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is also coming to Xbox Game Pass while Grand Theft Auto III hits PlayStation Now upon release.

Along with updated visuals, Rockstar Games specified that the remastered versions of Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas would feature updated controls to match more recent releases.
No release date was given for the upcoming mobile version of this highly-anticipated remaster, but that information is sure to come in the coming months.
