How to save in Grand Theft Auto 3 – Definitive Edition

Old ways to save.

Grand Theft Auto 3 finally hitting modern consoles in the Definitive Edition remaster allows players to revisit this classic series. Because this is an older title, players might not be accustomed to the game's peculiar ways to introduce some mechanics, like saving. Unlike recent entries, players cannot save on the fly and must adhere to specific rules to document their progress.

Players cannot save while doing a mission, so it's essential to stop between tasks and return home and create a manual save. Players have several save slots that they can choose from, so feel free to make multiple saves.
