To own five cats with high craziness in Bitlife, you will need to visit the pet tab under activities. If the pet tab is favorited for you, you can find it at the top of the activity list.
Clicking on the pet tab will show you a vast list of pet purchase options. But to buy cats, you will need to either click the pet store or the cat breeder option. We highly recommend the second option as you will have a vastly higher selection of cats, which you need if you want a few with high craziness.

That said, click on the cat breeders tab and view the selection of cats. Click on a few, and you can check to see if they have high craziness by looking at their stat list, as shown below.
You can find the craziness stat on the bottom of the stat list, and this stat will need to be high and towards the right of the tab to count towards the challenge. Because of this, you may need to view quite a few cat breeds to find at least five that have sufficient craziness to count towards the challenge in the game.
