After unlocking the Room of Requirement and completing Deek's quest in Hogwarts Legacy, you will gain the Vivarium. This allows you to hold up to twelve creatures and four different species. However, with more beasts to collect and taking breeding into account, you will quickly run out of room. This may leave you wondering if you can upgrade the Vivarium's space in Hogwarts Legacy.
The answer is yes and no—while you cannot upgrade and increase the Vivarium you receive from Deek's quest, you can get more Vivarium. This will allow you to hold more creatures and continue collecting and breeding them. However, you must unlock these additional Vivarium.
How to increase the Vivarium species limit in Hogwarts Legacy
To increase the number of species the Vivarium can hold, you will need to expand by unlocking additional Vivariums. There are three you can get in addition to the Forest Vivarium, each with a unique theme. Here are all Vivarium and how to unlock them in Hogwarts Legacy.
