The Ghost of Our Love quest is one of many in Hogwarts Legacy. It can be difficult to understand and complete this quest, as you are tasked with solving the puzzle based on a map and must follow the instructions on it. Fortunately, here is how to complete the Ghost of Our Love quest in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to solve Ghost of Our Love in Hogwarts Legacy

The quest and map are first gained at the end of a house-specific quest, where you meet the Ghost of Richard Jackdaw. We found ours while playing Slytherin house inside a cave behind the squid door that Scrope asks you to go to. After speaking with Jackdaw, open the nearby chest to receive the Map with Floating Candles. Regardless of what house you are in, the map and instructions will remain the same.

How to make the floating candles appear for Ghost of Our Love in Hogwarts Legacy

Make your way to the entrance of the Forbidden Forest. The map depicts the Lumos spell symbol, floating candles, and a stone bridge. Go to the stone bridge that leads from Hogwarts to the Forbidden Forest. On the endcap nearest the forest, you will find a love letter. Read the letter and cast Lumos to make the floating candles appear.

Follow the candles and keep the Lumos spell up. They can move quickly, so keep your eyes on them and don't let them escape your view. Eventually, the floating candles will take you to a small clearing with a table set for two. The candles will reach the clearing, and you can claim your reward, a Treasure-Seeker's Scarf.

How to check the Map with Floating Candles again in Hogwarts Legacy

After first viewing the Map with Floating Candles in Hogwarts Legacy, you can check it again. Open your Inventory from the Main Menu. Select Quest Items, and find the Map with Floating Candles. Use the View button to look at the map once more.
