Hogwarts Legacy was given a load of updates during its State of Play showcase on March 17, 2022. The event gave fans 15-minutes of gameplay and even a release window of Holiday 2022. In Hogwarts Legacy, players will live through a fifth-year student's life at Hogwarts. They make friends, harness their wizarding skills, and even attend classes.
Fans can look forward to Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Botany, Potions, and Beasts classes as they were all shown and detailed during the showcase. Each of these classes will teach players an essential skill, from taming beasts to crafting potions. Thanks to the Botany class, players were even shown to grow their own crafting ingredients.
Who are the professors in Hogwarts Legacy?
Hogwarts Legacy takes place in the 1800s. This means that it is unlikely players will be familiar with many of the students and professors at Hogwarts, and not much information was given on who would be teaching the classes. The game's setting could pose a number of changes to the wizarding world that even die-hard fans will be surprised by. An ally in the game was shown to be Professor Figg, but no other professors were detailed aside from making an appearance.
