Sony's Hogwarts Legacy showcase has left many fans wanting more information about the game. Among the Summer Games Showcase partners, you'll find Warner Bros. Games, which is associated with Hogwarts Legacy publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The Hogwarts Legacy Community Manager, Chandler Wood, is also following Summer Games Fest, but we are not relying on that kind of evidence.
Will Summer Games Fest feature Hogwarts Legacy?
If we see anything about Hogwarts Legacy, it'll be during Sony's showcase, not Warner Bros. Sony is a partner for Summer Games fest and appears to have exclusive marketing rights for Hogwarts Legacy, which would explain why they were able to showcase the game in March. Chandler Wood also tweeted about showing more of the game during the summer. So there's a lot of real evidence leading to Hogwarts Legacy being shown.
Warner Bros. Games has a wide range of games under its belt, not just Hogwarts Legacy. At the Warner Bros. showcase, we're likely to see more of the Harry Potter mobile game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, or Gotham Knights than Hogwarts Legacy.
As for Chandler Wood's reasoning, he dispelled this himself on Reddit. Originally a video games journalist, he said he had followed the Summer Games Fest Twitter account for some time. So while his tweet saying we'll see more in the summer is worth checking out, who he follows on Twitter is not.
