Hogwarts Legacy seems to be a great game at the end of a console generation, implying that it will be exclusive to the next-gen. We are not yet so far into the next generation of consoles that we can assume that previous generations will be left behind.
Hogwarts Legacy will be available on PS4, PS4 Pro, and Xbox One. There will be no systems missing from the game, according to the official Hogwarts Legacy FAQ.

There will be no exclusivity between console generations or brands—even the Nintendo Switch will get a port. You don't have to be concerned about being left out. The Hogwarts Legacy team is trying its best to be inclusive towards everyone.
Warner Bros. has a habit of releasing some ports of the game before others, such as the Batman Arkham series, but we don't anticipate that will happen with the PS4 version. On the contrary, we can expect the PS4 version to be on time. The only version that normally gets delayed is the PC version.
