Honkai Star Rail Jing Yuan kit, all Skills, Traces, & Eidolons

Hear him roar.

The second limited character to enter Honkai: Star Rail, after Seele, is Jing Yuan, one of the seven Arbiter-Generals and the leader of the Xianzhou Luofu. If you are thinking about spending your hard-earned Special Warp Passes or Stellar Jade on this character, you might want to check out his kit first. He'll be a powerful damage dealer with the help of his companion, the Lightning Lord. Here are all of Jing Yuan's Skills, Traces, and Eidolons in Honkai: Star Rail.

Jing Yuan's Skills in Honkai Star Rail

Basic Attack: Glistening Light

Jing Yuan deals Lightning Damage equal to a scaling percentage of his Attack to a single enemy.

Percentage Scaling

  • Level One: 50%
  • Level Five: 90%
  • Level Six: 100%

Skill: Rifting Zenith

Deals Lightning Damage equal to a scaling percentage of Jing Yuan's Attack to all enemies and increases Lightning-Lord's Hits Per Action by two for the next turn.

Percentage Scaling

  • Level One: 50%
  • Level Ten: 100%
  • Level Twelve: 110%

Ultimate: Lightbringer

Deals Lightning Damage equal to a scaling percentage of Jing Yuan's Attack to all enemies and increases Lightning-Lord's Hits Per Action by three for the next turn.

Percentage Scaling

  • Level One: 120%
  • Level Ten: 200%
  • Level Twelve: 216%

Talent: Prana Extirpated

Summons Lightning Lord at the start of the battle. Lightning Lord has 60 base Speed and three base hits per action. When Lightning Lord takes action, its hits are considered follow-up attacks, with each hit dealing Lightning damage equal to a scaling percentage of Jing Yuan's Attack to a single enemy, and enemies adjacent to it also receive Lightning damage equal to 25% of the Damage dealt to the target enemy.

The Lightning-Lord's Hits Per Action can reach a max of ten. Every time Lightning-Lord's Hits Per Action increases by 1, its Speed increases by ten. After the Lightning-Lord's action ends, its Speed and Hits Per Action return to their base values.

When Jing Yuan is knocked down, the Lightning-Lord will disappear. When Jing Yuan is affected by a Crowd Control debuff, the Lightning-Lord is unable to take action.

Percentage Scaling

  • Level One: 33%
  • Level Ten: 66%
  • Level Twelve: 72.6%

Technique: Spirit Invocation

After using Technique, at the start of the next battle, the Lightning-Lord's Hits Per Action in the first turn increases by three.

Jing Yuan's Traces in Honkai Star Rail

The Trace Menu in Honkai Star Rail is where you'll be able to upgrade your skills, purchase stat buffs, and unlock Bonus Abilities. These are the three Bonus Abilities you can unlock for Jing Yuan.

Jing Yuan's First Bonus Ability: Battalia Crush

If the Lightning-Lord's Hits Per Action is greater or equal to six in the next turn, its Critical Damage increases by 25% for the next turn.

Materials Required

  • Destroyer's Final Road x 1
  • Key of Inspiration x 3

Jing Yuan's Second Bonus Ability: Savant Providence

At the start of the battle, immediately regenerates 15 Energy.

Materials Required

  • Destroyer's Final Road x 1
  • Key of Knowledge x 5
  • Tracks of Destiny x 1

Jing Yuan's Third Bonus Ability: War Marshal

After using Skill, Critical Rate increases by 10% for two turns.

Materials Required

  • Destroyer's Final Road x 1
  • Key of Wisdom x 8
  • Tracks of Destiny x 1

Jing Yuan's Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail

Eidolons are bonuses that can be obtained by pulling a subsequent copy of this character from the Gacha.

Eidolon One: Slash, Seas Split

When Lightning-Lord attacks, the Damage multiplier on enemies adjacent to the target enemy increases by an extra amount equal to 25% of the Damage multiplier against the target enemy.

Eidolon Two: Swing, Skies Squashed

After Lightning-Lord takes action, Damage caused by Jing Yuan's Basic Attack, Skill, and Ultimate increases by 20% for two turns.

Eidolon Three: Strike, Suns Subdued

Ultimate Level up two, up to a maximum of Level 15. Basic Attack Level up one, up to a maximum of Level 10.

Eidolon Four: Spin, Stars Sieged

For each hit performed by the Lightning-Lord when it takes action, Jing Yuan regenerates two Energy.

Eidolon Five: Stride, Spoils Seized

Skill Level up two, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level up two, up to a maximum of Level 15.

Eidolon Six: Sweep, Souls Slain

Each hit performed by the Lightning-Lord when it takes action will make the target enemy Vulnerable.
While Vulnerable, enemies receive 12% more Damage until the end of the Lightning-Lord's current turn, stacking up to three times.
