Pela is a secretarial officer for the Silvermane Guards by day and is secretly a massive fan of Tale of the Winterlands. She dutifully attends all fan meetings in disguise, lest anyone finds out about her love for hot men. Pela is a four-star character of the Ice Element and follows the Path of The Nihility. She's my favorite character because of her amazing kit as an offensive debuffer. Here's everything you need to know about her.

Pela's Skills in Honkai Star Rail

Basic ATK - Frost Shot

Deal Ice DMG equal to 50 to 130 percent of Pela's ATK to a single enemy.

Skill - Frostbite

Removes one buff(s) and deals Ice DMG equal to 105 to 262.5 percent of Pela's ATK as to a single enemy.

Ultimate - Zone Suppression

Talent - Data Collecting

If the enemy is debuffed after Pela's attack, Pela will restore 5 to 12.5 extra Energy. This effect can only be triggered one time per attack.

Technique - Splitting Spearhead

Immediately attacks the enemy. Upon entering battle, Pela deals Ice DMG equal to 80 percent of her ATK to a random enemy, with a 100 percent base chance of lowering the DEF of all enemies by 20 percent for two turn(s).

• Bash: Deals 20 percent more DMG to debuffed enemies.
  • Stat Bonus one: ATK increases by 4 percent.
  • Stat Bonus two: Ice DMG increases by 3.2 percent.
  • Stat Bonus three: Effect Hit Rate increases by 4 percent.
• The Secret Strategy: When Pela is on the battlefield, all allies' Effect Hit Rate increases by 10 percent.
  • Stat Bonus one: Ice DMG increases by 4.8 percent.
  • Stat Bonus two: ATK increases by 6 percent.
  • Stat Bonus three: Ice DMG increases by 4.8 percent.
• Wipe Out: Using Skill to remove buff(s) increases the DMG of the next attack by 20 percent.
  • Stat Bonus one: Effect Hit Rate increases by 6 percent.
  • Stat Bonus two: ATK increases by 8 percent.

  • Ice DMG increases by 3.2 percent.

Pela's Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail

• E1 (Victory Report): When Pela defeats an enemy, Pela regenerates five Energy.
• E2 (Adamant Charge): Using Skill to remove buff(s) increases SPD by 10 percent for two turn(s).
• E3 (Suppressive Force): Skill Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Basic ATK Level +1. up to a maximum of Level 10.
• E4 (Full Analysis): When using Skill, there is a 100 percent base chance to reduce the target enemy's Ice RES by 12 percent for two turn(s).
• E5 (Absolute Jeopardy): Ultimate Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15.
• E6 (Feeble Pursuit): When Pela attacks a debuffed enemy, she deals Additional Ice DMG equal to 40 percent of Pela's ATK to the enemy.
